La splendida voce americana di musica soul e R&B, Mary J Blige, torna a far sentire la sua voce straordinaria. Conosciuta come the ‘Queen of the hip-hop/soul’, vincitrice per ben 9 volte del Grammy Awards, Mary è pronta a pubblicare ‘Stronger With Each Tear’, il suo nuovo prodotto discografico, in uscita il prossimo 29 gennaio. Ad anticipare il nuovo album è il singolo ‘Stronger’ (feat. Chris Brown), scelto anche come colonna sonora del nuovo documentario ‘More Than a Game’ realizzato per rendere omaggio al giocatore di basket LeBron James.

Il video che accompagna il brano, infatti, si apre con una sequenza di foto che ritraggono il campione di basket in ‘divisa’ sin dagli esordi da bambino. La sua voce narrante si intreccia, dopo qualche secondo, con quella profonda della cantante.

Nata nel Bronx, Mary J Blige nel corso della sua carriera ha duettato con artisti del calibro di Stevie Wonder, Sting, Whitney Houston, George Michael e Aretha Franklin, per la quale ha pure scritto dei brani. È considerata una delle più grandi interpreti R'n'B, in quanto a successo di vendite (40 milioni di copie vendute) e a doti vocali e interpretative
